In this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this page: Alex Tan — Demo Agent, of Example Property Agency — fictional (CEA registration/licence: DEMO — not valid). These are placeholder details for a demonstration build. They do not identify a real person or business, and enquiries submitted on this version of the page are not sent to anyone.
This policy explains how personal data is handled on this independent information page about The Serra Residences, with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page is not operated by the developer, Far East Organization.
1. Data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:
- your full name, email address and Singapore mobile number;
- the unit type you are interested in, whether you are buying for own stay or investment (optional), and whether you want a price list, floor plans or a showflat viewing;
- your consent to be contacted, and the date, time and page of submission.
We do not ask for your NRIC number, income or financial details on this page. Please do not include them.
2. Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send the information you asked for about The Serra Residences;
- to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this project, as you agreed on the form;
- to help arrange a showflat appointment if you asked for one (a request is not a confirmed booking);
- to keep a record of your consent and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Consent and withdrawal
You give consent by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 9. After withdrawal we will stop contacting you about this project, except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Do Not Call Registry
By submitting the form you give clear and unambiguous consent to be contacted at the number you provided about The Serra Residences, including where that number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry. We will only contact you about the matters you enquired about.
5. Who we share it with
Your details are used by the CEA-licensed salesperson handling your enquiry and, where necessary, their estate agency. We may share them with service providers that help us receive and store enquiries, under obligations to protect the data. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
6. Delivery of enquiries on this version
On this demonstration version, the form checks your entries in your browser but does not send them to any server or person. No enquiry is stored or delivered.
7. Cookies
This page does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this version, and it does not load third-party maps or embeds.
8. Protection and retention
We take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. The retention period will be stated here before this page goes live.
9. Access, correction and contact
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@example.invalid — demonstration only. This is a placeholder address and does not receive mail. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore if you have concerns.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
